Tumi Soft thick leather backpack/briefpack

The backpack is leather with a satin finish inside, has many special compartments for a laptop and for a bottle of water or an umbrella, functional for daily use. Body measures approx 15" tall - 15" wide (w/side pockets measured) and at 8", typical Tumi thoughtful layout, Tumi Emblem, all zipper pulls are metal. Superb leather, the pulls show signs of wear. I’d say there are roughly three cosmetic issues and one functional (small issue) the three cosmetic are the last three pictures, wear on bottom The bag has a ton of life left! There is wear on handles and pulling on the backpack tether (does not affect where the straps acre actually sewn to the bag though. The functional is the middle zipper pouch. It needs to be zipper slowly for the teeth to catch. They will, but it can’t be rushed and at at it doesnt want to zip any further than what is pictured (4th to last pic). Could be an easy fix at a cobbler, I live in the middle of nowhere without one.
