UO Flowy maxi skirt

Fitted elastic waistband black maxi. Super comfy and relaxed. (I think you can wear on the hips but I wear it on my waist because I'm short 😂) The third picture isn't the skirt I have but very similar bc I wanted to put another comparison pic! Not sure what brand but I purchased at UO last year and barely used it. MAKE OFFERS ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED (moving soon!!)
