Umgee brand. Lined eyelet and lace trimmed romper. Tassel tie at scoop neck. Back is see-through lace. Can be worn on or off shoulder. Elastic waist. Laying flat - waist: 12”; length from waist 14.5”; AP to AP 18”. Barely worn. Smoke free home. No size label on Umgee tab but I will say SMALL. So cute with cowboy boots or sandals.
