Unique Form Fitting & Flattering Pencil Skirt

Very cool skirt — top layer is sheer/backed teal textured knit (fishnet style?) and lined with a neutral stretch layer. Fits tightly through hips then flares out at base. Pictures don’t do this piece justice. Fitted but stretch with elastic waist band. Size “S” but I often wear XS. In great shape for age — used condition — but worn only a handle of times. Most significant sign of age/wear shown in care tag. 69% wool. 24% viscose. 6% polyamide. 1% elastine. Handwash. Approx measurements ( flat) — 14” waist, 18” hips, 24” length.
