What are the approximate bust and waist measurements for this dress? Would it fit a bust of 39 inches and waist of 34 inches?

@lovrofthearts yes the bust is 40 inch and the waist is 32 BUT it is a very stretchy waist as you can see in the pics. Can stretch up to 48 inch.
