ladybirds_array Hi there. I'm 5'5 myself, so definitely about the same height as you. There's a zipper in the back that zips to the waist only. When I put it on and it's zipped up, the waist area measures about 29.25" around. The upper back part is open with a button enclosure at the very top. The top image (on the left-hand side) shows the top of the zipper at the waist, right below the tie belt (removeable); and in the same pic, it shows the back neckline where the button is located. Hope this helps!

ladybirds_array @diaovnai Hi there. I'm 5'5 myself so we're practically the same height. The 1st pic shows the back side on the left part of the image... When I have it on w/ the zipper zipped up, the waist measures about 29.25" around. The zipper goes to the waist only (you can see it just below the removable belt). And the back is open w/ a top button closure in the same pic. Hope this helps :)
