V. Chapman Lilac Dress in Blue Bouquet. Like new. Used for my baby shower and it looked amazing. I don’t plan on using it again. Note: the bottom ruffles were hemmed so that they stayed straight. Otherwise they would bend and it did not look good. You can see the details in the pictures. Beautiful dress for any meaningful occasion. For reference, I am 5 feet tall.
