VINTAGE FOREVER 21 Black Velvet Open Toe Heels

FOREVER 21 black velvet open toe evening shoe. Shiny black heel, ankle strap ribbon detail, velvet outer, open heel & toe. Silver insole, black sole. Ankle tie can be switched out with any color ribbon. I bought these 15 years ago & they are still in amazing condition. I only wore them twice because my feet are a little big for them. They look super high end & elegant. Excellent condition, almost like new. Size 7.5.
