VINTAGE High-Waisted Jean cut-off Shorts

Bought from a vintage store in Arkansas but are too large! I’ve gone ahead and modeled them for reference and included pictures with measurements. No tags but most likely will fit a 28-30” waist. I am a 26” waist and 37” hip and these would drop low on me without the belt. Great condition. Paper-bag like fit. Wide hip & leg. Thick, sturdy denim with no stains. Look great cuffed or un-cuffed. No tags.
