VINTAGE MARY FRANCES CLUTCH PURSE with beaded shoulder "strap" to wear as a shoulder or crossbody bag. This beautiful vintage Mary Frances clutch is definitely very special. On the front, there are flowers and butterflies made with various materials accented with tiny beads. The cover has a magnetic closure. The back of the purse is is pink and green taffeta squares. The top of the clutch has a green ribbon and green frilly threads. The strap is made up of various beads. There is one large section inside with a small pocket. The inside is also taffeta material. Mary Frances bags are created by artisans in long partnership with her company. She only works with artisans employed in certified socially compliant working conditions. These are definitely collector's items. I've treasured mine for around 25 years. Unfortunately, I have to reduce my wardrobe, for our upcoming move to France, and cannot take it with me. This bag has no visible defects and is in excellent condition.
