Vintage Portland Trailblazers NBA Starter Jacket Marked size XL, but fits more like a men’s Medium or women’s Large. Would not fit a modern day men's XL! Measures about 26” long and 24” wide measured from armpit to armpit. Very good condition. No tears or holes. Zipper works great. There is just one tiny white mark on the back of the sleeve (see photo) which might come out, but I didn’t try.
