VTG Amazing Tiedied Low Waisted Dress!

Holy smokes this vtg dress by Kelli Kaye is amazing! Great purple and pink tie die. Has fringe attached at shoulders w/gold trim & gold dot emblems. Shoulder pads. Size 18 but fits more like a 10-16. V neck, slouch sleeves. Bottom is singed @ hips & overlays. Gently EUC. Has some minor flaws, fringe is getting loose but overall great condition! Pls ask any questions!
