radhikap6 @splendeur oh no I'm so sorry to hear that! That hasn't happened to mine thank god otherwise I'd be so sad lol! You get some loose threads here and there but I just snip them off and we're good to go. It's a silk bag so I expected some loose threads when I bought it but nothing like unraveling or anything. I'm sorry to hear that!
