The Chela Dress is a knee-length column dress with a keyhole tie and balloon sleeves. Never Worn. Missed return window and still in packaging! The sleeves are a raglan style which creates ease through the shoulders. They are elbow length and have a balloon puff that creates amazing volume. The end of the sleeves are finished with elastic which can be pushed up the arm to create extra volume. The dress is a column shape but has a slight a-line cut through the skirt to help with the fit through the hips. It also has side seam pockets. The Chela dress has a high, keyhole neckline with an adjustable tie detail. It is made out of 100% Linen. Designed and made in Melbourne, Australia.
