Velvet Victorian embroidered jacket

A lovely shrug/bolero/ cropped jacket of Black Velvet, with black embroidery around the collar and sleeves. Ner perfect condition, fully lined. It does seem like some shoulder pads were removed, but the lining is fine and the fit is unaffected. Victorian/goth/lolita/evening/velvet/Laura Ashley
