Velvet blue tank with embroidery

Dark blue velvet with unique embroidery with mirror details. It has a high-low cut and adjustable straps (pictured in third photo) This was my favorite summer top, but I easily layered it with a fall jacket or even a long sleeve shirt underneath. Frayed edge is part of design. Gently worn with some loose threads that can easily be cut off to look like new! Size is small, but could fit x-small
