This is an elegant and oversized lightweight black dress. This is a 1, the smallest size from this brand (comes in 1 to 3), but I would think of it more like an XL or XXL in fit. Please note that there is some fraying at the arms and hem that was there from the start as part of the design. I am 5'1" and the hem grazes the floor, so I'd suggest it for at least 5'3" or taller.
