This is genuinely an estate piece acquired many years ago. It's heavy and possibly either white gold or sterling...not sure. The sides have a male and female sugar skull with diamond like eyes and same stones in the forehead of each sugar skull. The opposite ends have hearts and there is a small stone on the headband of one sugar skull. the center stone is massive and is basically an amethyst and citrine that have grown together. I have it placed on the ring sizer...says 6, but fits a snug 6....band and super thick and has dings from wear.
