New with tags! Amazing dress that can be worn 4 ways. The bottom tier has snaps so you can make it a mini or a midi dress, and can be worn front and back. I purchased this directly from Vetta before they closed and never got around wearing it or altering it since the bust is just a smidge tight. Note that there is no zipper so you have to pull the dress on and off using the neck hole. Comes with a removable waist tie and has pockets.
