Vibrant red dress terry cloth like material. Slit on each side. Has a little rip on the back right slit(see pic) & a stain that's hardly noticeable. The size states 13 but it fits like a small-medium. Cinched waist: 11" Stretched out waist: 18 1/2" Waist to hem: 25 1/2" Waist to neck line front: about 16-17" Width of bottom skirt hem: 23" Skirt slits: about 8" Pit to pit: 21" First button to neckline: 8 1/2" Shld to shld: 16"
