matana Aswww sweet. Thanks for sharing. I use to have about 7 at some point but now non. , so you can imagine how cat deprived I am. That redhead one looks with some character. How do they get along?

victoria2cats @matana Oh don’t get me started! I did actually have 13 cats at one time! The story with these two is the black cat, Gypsy was a pregnant stray I rescued in the dead of winter and adopted most of her babies out. I kept her and her beauty daughter, Ginger, a long haired grey and black smoke. Then in June I had to move from Kansas to Missouri. Missouri requires rabies shots while Kansas didn’t.

victoria2cats @matana neither of the two had shots before and the trauma of moving plus the shot made Ginger gravely ill and she died in October. I was going through so much at the time, this devastated me. So I didn’t wait very long before I decided I needed another kitty to fill the hole Ginger left in my heart. So a few weeks later I went to a no kill cat rescue group and adopted Papaya who fell right in place as devoted loyal companion, class clown and perpetual kitten who thinks she’s a dog.

victoria2cats @matana But Paya is not getting along with 11 year old Gypsy. The first three weeks Gypsy hid under the bed. Then the closet. Then she disappeared completely and I actually contacted the place that microchipped her. When I found her she retreated to a kitchen drawer for two more weeks. Now she is out and starting to tolerate Paya.

victoria2cats @matana So now Gypsy lives in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Paya keeps out of her way in the bedroom and bathroom. When they wind up less than 10 feet from each other, Gypsy hisses, growls and acts ferocious while Papaya just sits calmly staring at her. So yeah, they get along fine! 😂🤣

victoria2cats I call Papaya, the yellow Maine coon my Little Lion. She is really a hoot! And yes, Gypsy is my baby panther. My ex had two huge black cats. He had one he rescued and inherited the other, equally as huge, when his best friend died. Thanks, for commenting - I love the kitties - all kitties. Do you have a cat?

tracyalexandra @victoria2cats I have long haired domestics that have bushy tails. My Girl she has white fur with light caramel spots, bushy tail, Super baby blue eyes... Her name is Star ⭐🐱⭐ her brother is a Ginger Blonde, bushy tailed Kitty with a Garfield personality 😂😂, his name is Houdi short for Houdini.

tracyalexandra @victoria2cats Their other brother is a Thinner bodied, Ginger Blonde Kitty, bushy tailed Kitty.... He literally has a Girl kitty's face... He's that Gorgeous in my opinion.... 😍😍 he has 1 eye yellow & 1 eye blue... Truly Gorgeous... His name is Houdini.... He was born before Houdi... But they kind of look alike with their fur ❤❤❤🐱❤❤❤

tracyalexandra @victoria2cats Houdi has Gorgeous amber colored eyes... I just adopted a Siamese/Ling Haired Domestic beauty... Her face reminds me of a Caracal Kitty... Her eyes are powder Gray Blue with her ears having a dark Grey tinge along with her tail... She's still a kitten, waiting for her to grown up. I think she's going to have a bushy tail. Her name is Scarlett ❤❤❤🐱❤❤❤
