Really cute & sweet dress. The top is a tighter fit and I wouldn't recommend for over a C cup. It is "NWT" unofficially-- I can't return it from where I purchased it online, so the store cut the bar code off-- it still has the pink VV grosgrain tags on. It's never been worn bc it did not fit me. It just arrived today and I am listing it. $168 elsewhere.
