The zipper is stuck but any tailor can fix it. It’s a loose fit, looks great with leggings. size XL. It’s not that large- more like a size M. I wear size 4-6 and this looks like a M on me. 26 inches from top to bottom, 39 inches around the waist. Moving sale so please purchase before 3/4
