Vintage 1976 Kenner Jamie Sommers The Bionic Woman doll, face modeled after Lindsay Wagner. Pre-owned, restored, and reboxed. This is the first-edition doll, the one that was wearing the tracksuit.
The doll was in storage for decades. I cleaned her, and her hair was frizzy, so I washed her hair multiple times with conditioner and fabric softener. To restore the shine as best I could, I added some body lotion, a trick I learned from watching a video tutorial. I opted for a straight hairstyle.
While in storage her original blue pants got stuck to her behind, so she has a small stain on her behind. I was able to rub some of it out, but not all of it. (Please see photos.)
She has all three of her modules. Her arm with modules has been replaced. The fake skin on that arm has been removed because what happens over the years with these dolls is that the skin starts chipping off. The module arm doesn't bend at the elbow like the other arm, and the shoulder isn't as smooth as the other one.
Her dress and matching necklace and purse are handmade by Eschdesignsnmore on eBay. Her blue sandals are vintage Kenner Classy Culottes.
I reboxed her in a Barbie box and redecorated the outside of it. It's a used box, so it's not in perfect condition. Included is a pointy wooden tool to open the top of the box without damaging it. So, you can open the box and access the doll.
