Vintage 1980s checkered houndstooth look high waisted midi skirt with pockets

Vintage lined midi skirt with pockets. Dark navy & white. Very good preloved condition. Back zipper and button enclosure. 🖤🖤🖤 Labelled size 8 but that is vintage sizing. Best fit small - please see measurements: Waist 13 to 13.5” Length 27” Hips 19.5” Unsure of material. Feels like a wool blend but I don’t think that it is.
