Excellent condition 1990s Evan Picone dress. The tag shows size 10, but it runs more like a true size 8. It is very long, has a slit up the front and is fully lined. It flares a little at the bottom and has the prettiest pearls at the neck. The lining has come unstitched from the dress at the slit. A seamstress could easily restitch the lining. It was laundered on delicate, so it is clean. Such a cute, vintage dress great for a black tie event, or even prom.
