Vintage 1990s style jumper fits women's 6 or 8

This is a vintage girl's jumper size 11, probably from the 1980s or 1970s. I wore it to a 90's party, emulating the styles of teens from media such as Clueless and Sister Sister. I am pictured in it and the dress and I am a 32FF with 40' hips, so it's safe to say the dress fits a size 6 to 8 women's. Manufactured in the USA by the legendary Sears Roebuck and Co.
