This is such an adorable shirt! Done in light blue with white plaid patterns with in embroidered mouse application in a little buggy of sorts delivering a piece of air mail. As adorable details all over. The white collar inside is attached to a short white faux shirt, kinda of like an attached Dickie. There is no label inside. You can tell this is cotton, but I'm not sure about the size so judge by the measurements. No flaws to note. Chest-9" flat across. Length-10". Shoulders-8"
