Vintage 60s Mod Navy Blue and White Dress

No tags present, but appears to be a size small and polyester of poly-like fabric. Looks as if it’s potentially homemade. Features a back zipper closure. Please note the hook at the top is not fully intact, but it still functions well without and could also be easily mended, if desired. Cuffs feature button closures. Dress is in excellent condition overall, though it does contain a few imperfections in the sleeves (still fully intact— just a few nicks).
