Fabulous 80s vintage velvet and organza ruffled top with gold jeweled buttons. Crisscross button closure design (see pics) and shoulder pads. Lining in great conduit, no tears or stains. Some slight wear but overall great condition. Tag says size 14 but I would say it’s more of a 12/14. Shoulder 16” Waist 17” Chest 20”
