Vintage 80s Green Velvet Flare Party Dress

Vintage green dress. Has straps that can be pulled up or used to keep the off the shoulder straps tight around the arm. Has built in crinoline. Vintage sizing, fits like a small. Fits very well and am around a 26-27 in waist. Some of the sparkle on the front is gone but is not very noticiable. Can provide more photos if needed.
