Vintage 90's Floral Column Midi Dress/ Black/ S

Vintage Floral Midi or Maxi Dress, depending on your height. (I am 5'9" and the bottom of the dress grazes my mid-calf.) Super cute with platform sandals and a tee thrown over, or by itself, just doesn't fit me well in the chest anymore. Two minor stitching repairs made on back of right strap and where a previous owner tore out the original tag-- strap repair pictured, though both are pretty imperceptible.
