Vintage Ashley Hall Teacup Blouse - puffed sleeves

Vintage feminine top with structured but billowy sleeves. Gives soft Westworld vibes, somewhat cottage core and very cute with a high waisted straight leg jean. Reposhing this item I purchased from @kcarlisle. Loved it, but a little too big in the shoulders for me to get the effect on the model shown above. A size small that may also fit a size medium. gorgeous fabric, texture, and quality.
