mosbys_mom @rileysophiaaaaa hello! Laid flat, the hip is about 13-14” (depends if you line up the front and back or not, and double that for the circumference) and the leg openings are 6”. I added photos, I know the tape looks loose but it’s accurate even when tight (just harder to photograph). Lmk if you have more questions!

mosbys_mom @rileysophiaaaaa they are a true size 4- I am sometimes a 4 to a 6 and these do not fit me. So I would say they run small with no stretch.
