This is a Victoria Secret black slip dress in size S. The sides are open, with sides that tie together at the hip with bows. I saw a girl at a coffee shop wearing one of these with red boots once and had to get my own after. However, I was a bit intimidated by that open sides, and I never wore it. This would look great with fun makeup too, like a cobalt blue mascara!
