This is true vintage consequently there are very few tags. I don’t know who made it. It is marked size 12 but is is more like a modern size 8. Please defer to measurements. Lining in great shape. Some loose stitching on the attached belt. That is the only damage I see. The fur appears to be rabbit but again no labels.
