Vintage Bunratty 100% Irish tweed purple wool skirt

A beautiful vintage lined Irish made wool skirt. It’s a beautiful purple color. The tag says it’s a size 16 but seems to run small so I have measurements in the pictures. I think the 16 may be European sizing so it would be between a 12-14 in US sizing.
