His coat seems to have a water repellent fabric. No tags on the neck area but the Burberry label in on the inside. This has been taken in before and the label was slightly altered. There are no buttons for the two front pockets however they have holes for buttons so those could be added. This belonged to a relative of mine and looks to be very rarely worn. The fabric is in great shape. I would say it fits like an small for someone without long arms or an extra small.
