Adorable 1970s(?) dress with a nod to the 1940’s style. I wish this one was my size… a teal color with white flowers. Tag says 8 Petite. Brand is California Looks. It was made in the USA. PTP- 18 (but stretchy) Waist- 14.5 inch but can stretch easily to 17 inches Length- 41 inches
