Vintage Eddie Bauer Rain Jacket

Another vintage piece. This baby was given to me by my mama, so I’d place this guy late 90s. It’s navy and very sturdy. It says XS but I’d say it’s been roomier than that. Maybe S-M? It’s a deep navy and cinches at the waist as well. It’s so cute! Just never wear it. Sorry, Mama!
