Vintage Estate Stunning Sterling Silver Filigree Dangle Earrings w/ Faceted Gem

These earrings are gorgeous. It looks like my grandma may have combined a gemstone earring onto this beautiful 1.5” silver filigree drop earring for the appearance. Whatever the case it’s a stunning combination. I can’t find any markings but I know when it came to earrings she wore regularly, they were sterling silver.
