Vintage Express Skirt

Super adorable 90's vintage skirt from Express!🌻🏵️🌼 I'm totally in love with this cute skirt, which features a high-waist, floral pattern, a zipper closure on the back and a built in slip. This skirt is made of a light and airy fabric. Never been worn by me except for photos. In excellent condition except for some wrinkles from being in storage!🌟 Marked a size 0/1 and I would say it would be perfect for someone with a 24"-25" waist. For reference I'm: 5'2"/105 lbs/26" waist
