Vintage Floral Tank Dress with White Button Made in USA Size Small

Vintage white collared tank dress with green, purple blue, red, orange pink, and white flowers. Super cute! Appears 1970 or maybe early 80. I can’t make out much on the tag, though I think it says made in USA. I don’t know the size but appears to be size small in today’s sizes. This dress was worn a lot. I took some close up shots of the fabric. There is pilling but you cannot see until you take a close up shot and the colors are still bold and the seams are holding. I found a couple of small marks that are pictured. It appears maybe the hem was taken down, (pictured)Really well made with lots of life left. The dress fits my model pretty well, maybe a touch big for her, but I still think this would be considered a small in today’s sizes. Please see my measurements.
