Vintage Havana Open Knit Fringe Cover Up Hoodie Size M Nautical Coastal Beachy

This cover up is so vibrant and distinctive! White with navy, yellow, turquoise, and red stripes, a cute little front pocket, unique drawstring collar design, and fringe at the bottom. This is in great shape. The interior seams are not super neat; see a photo of the interior of one of the sleeves for an example. I'd be a little concerned wearing jewelry or other things that might snag with this piece. But for the beach, it would be perfect. Please see photos for approximate measurements.
