Vintage Heavy Embroidered Evening Jacket Fringe

I have no idea how to describe this piece. I bought it at design atelier fire sale. It has no labels and heavily detailed and clearly one of a kind. This may have been a sample or a design study based on how it has been pieced. There is beautiful bold detailed embroidery in a style that reminds me of Balmain. There is metal chain fringe on both bell sleeves. The inside seams show that it has been altered to a particular fit (photos). It’s vintage nature means there is some wear. fits size 0-2
