Primary colors are royal blue and turquoise. So many inspirations for vintage Hermès scarves come from the vast collection of art and artifacts from the personal collection of a Emile Hermès. This is true for the Poste et Cavalerie, designed in 1987. This pattern bears the images of the ornate leather pouches worn on the belts of the cavalry and officers of the 19th century French military, complete with tassels on braided cords. 35” square.
