This is a Vintage Kwik Sew ladies' blouse pattern for sizes 6 - 10 (measurements & material requirements are in pic #2). Pic #3 describes what you're making. Pics 4 & 5 show the condition of the instructions & patterns. They are in perfect condition, I don't think they were ever used.
