Vintage Lazer-Cut Shirt Dress/Tunic

Reposhing this item I purchased from @19boutique. I am very fond of this piece, but, in practice, don't wear it; doesn't fit with my work wardrobe.The material feels somewhere between velvet and suede; not heavy, can be worn as a dress if belted, or as an overshirt. No size listed - seems like a roomy M to me. Questions? Leave a comment below!
