Vintage Lee Jeans

Vintage Lee Medium-Dark Wash Tag says 14 Petite Measurements Waist 33” Zipper/Rise 13” Hips/straight across (shown in second to last picture) 22” Inseam 27” My interpretation: I usually wear a size 6 pants and my waist is about 29” and these were loose around my waist by 4 fingers. Would assume that these pants would fit someone with slightly wider hips than me and about the same waist size as me or slightly larger because a belt can be used. Listing as a size 8.
