sarahmoors @gabscloset266 hi! I added more photos that I hope will be helpful. I think these are a true 27. They are not 13.5 across - but I think it’s because they don’t hit the waist. The rise is approx 10.5 (see photos). I’m a size 27 in everything and these are very fitted in the hips/butt and then straight leg. Let me know if I can give you more info or photos!
